Production Associate
PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
The role of the Production Associate (RPA) is to achieve territory production targets that meet or exceed expectations for Sales Dollars Completed, Profit Margin, and Net Promoter Score (Quality) standards while representing the CertaPro brand in a manner that distinguishes us from our competition.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assume the lead role in identifying, setting up, and working with crews
Procurement of equipment and supplies for jobs
Managing individual quality standards
Maintain and improve culture, teamwork, overall job satisfaction for staff, workers, customers
Conduct Production Meetings
Service customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life.
Develop a close working relationship with other staff members
Ensure that all field programs and systems are being executed.
Provide ongoing training and inspections related to safety, equipment, products
Fulfill essential functions for the position related to Production, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Administration, Safety, and Personal Development
Ensure crews are producing jobs on or above Gross Margin.
Support onsite Supervisors with clarity on scope of work for painting projects
Perform Site-Audits
Select, Set Up and Work with Sub-Contracting Crews (if applicable)
Facilitate the resolution of Customer Complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure that crews are meeting expectations set forth with customers regarding hours of work, customer needs, and communication (Who, How and When)
Coordinate Rainy Day Plan (RDP) to ensure optimal productivity of crews.
Track and improve Job-Site Supervisor productivity metrics.
Plan and schedule efficient projects with respect to customer needs and crew strengths.
Order Materials for paint projects prior to job start
Drive change orders and additional work on current projects
Verify & facilitate execution of warranty work in a timely manner.
Production scheduling and assigning crews to jobs
Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results for management
Responsible for inventory of equipment and its location + maintenance coordination
